...the trick is not to find a trick when there are so many out there...like land mines...and then the thing to do is to work closely and listen for who you are...and when you see it don't run...stand and face the music...you're bound to learn something...

what kind of work is this????
whts it suppoze ta mean to anyone?
I really like your work. It's loose without being chaotic. It's not as easy doing abstracts as some might think. IMHO, your best piece is the one posted on the front page. It's interesting and well composed. I like "Collide" too. It's hard to tell from these pics, but it looks like these canvases have some texture. Great stuff. Keep it up!
"threshold" is like taking monet's waterlillies one step further. if i can explain what i mean - it is as if i am seeing the water even closer - you know how you could see under the water as well as above in monet's paintings? well this is as if i am so close to seeing - that i am seeing the gloppyness of the paint as well as all the other - i am smelling and feeling the paint that was used to create and the creation. kim
i also like "sunyata." it reminds me of swimming in a pool with leaves floating on the top. that time of year when it is almost time to stop using the pool. i am fixing to dive down to touch the drain which is the whitish mark in the center of the canvas. i am carefree and naked as i was as a teenager skinny dipping in the neighbors pool. kim
